-Registration & Exhibitor fee include registration packet, namebadge, handouts, admission to Member Sponsored Cocktail Reception on Tuesday Night, Continental Breakfasts (Wednesday & Thursday), Breaks and Lunch on Wednesday. Upon conslusion of annual meeting we will draw from registered exhibitors for a FREE space for next annual meeting. Space is approximately 10'w x 6-8'd, 6' skirted table, 2 chairs & waste basket (extra Chairs-no charge) (Rules & Regulations are included on registration form before completing form for more details)
